Selling dry cleaning during the pandemic.

THE CHALLENGE:
To create a series of Facebook ads for franchise-holders at ZIPS Dry Cleaners, during a pandemic, when few people were back at work or able to dress up and go out for dinner or a night on the town.

THE SOLUTION ~ STAGE ONE:
Rosie Pech (say 'Peck') recommended a 3-step strategy: First and most importantly, to let people know that ZIPS was open, and that all their stores and dry cleaning processes could help them stay safe and clean.

THE SOLUTION ~ STAGE TWO:
Next, she followed up with a more light-hearted approach, relating to the challenges many people faced while working from home.

THE SOLUTION ~ STAGE THREE:
Finally, she offered some hope for the future, encouraging people to dress up again.
